Bangladesh Center for Workers Solidarity (BCWS) is a prominent labor rights advocacy organization based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. BCWS aims to empower and support garment workers who are seeking decent working conditions, and to advocate domestically and internationally for greater respect for workers’ rights.

BCWS especially emphasizes the rights of women workers, gender equality, participation of women workers in bargaining, and protecting the human rights of women and children. BCWS operates labor rights education programs, provides legal aid and advisory support to workers, runs child care and adult literacy centers, and advocates with national and international policymakers on behalf of garment workers.
