Pam Schutz
Pam Schutz, a seasoned financial services executive, is the retired CEO of Retirement and Protection for Genworth, a spin-off of GE. In that role, Pam was responsible for approximately $7 billion in revenues and 3,500 employees and was a recognized expert in the private and public sector on retirement security issues facing Americans.
Today, Pam serves on multiple boards and in addition to numerous philanthropic and service endeavors, she devotes time tutoring children in Richmond’s inner city to help them succeed through education and mentoring. Pam is also a champion for more women achieving parity in CEO roles in corporate America.
Pam graduated from St. Paul’s School for Girls in Brooklandville, Maryland and is currently a trustee for the St. Paul’s Schools. She holds a BA from Briarcliff College and an MS in Business from American University.
